Black Gryphon Capital is please to announce the successful acquisition of a property in the Historic Downtown Puerto Plata, known locally as the Centro Histórico, the cultural and historical heart of Puerto Plata, a city on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic. This area is characterized by its Victorian architecture, charming streets, and vibrant atmosphere that harks back to a rich bygone era.
The Property will be redeveloped as a mixed- use property containing the following components and uses.

A Paseo, providing unique interactive experiences, beverages and artwork by local artists
A coffee bar and lounge with a jungle theme
A boutique hotel and

Black Gryphon Capital is honored to have been one of the sponsors of the Dominican Law Enforcement Officers of Florida (DLEOFL) annual gala held November 9th, 2024. The Dominican Law Enforcement Officers of Florida (DLEOFL) is a non-profit organization made up of active and retired law enforcement officers, focused on helping families in need both in the Dominican Republic and in the United States of Dominican heritage. The gala included a private concert by Toño Rosario, national anthems by renown Dominican artist Xarah, and included guests such as Marcell Ozuna of the Atlanta Braves (MLB), and Grupo SID owners, the Bonetti family.

Black Gryphon Capital is honored to have the opportunity to commence construction of Tesoro Villas, a collection of luxury, oceanfront villas on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. A groundbreaking ceremony was conducted in December of 2023 for this new to market boutique hotel concept. Tesoro Villas will provide private one-bedroom and two-bedroom villas. Every villa has its own private controlled access and parking, affords ocean views and direct ocean frontage, private yard, security, outdoor BBQ, full kitchen, living room, water room, double vanity, double rain can shower heads, a freestanding tub, an outdoor shower, pool, a gazebo, and lush tropical landscaping. Tesoro Villas capitalized by Black Gryphon Capital and included a Co-investment from PvG Global Investments. Opening is anticipated Spring of 2025.
